DELIVERIES & RETURNS

DELIVERY

Free UK delivery on orders over £25.
All orders received before 3pm are usually sent out the same day.
Working days for online deliveries are Monday to Friday.
Weekend orders including those made after 3pm on Friday are sent out the following Monday apart from Bank Holidays where weekend orders are sent out on the next working day.
Bank Holidays include Easter, May Bank, August Summer and Christmas.

If in doubt, please choose Special Delivery Guaranteed to ensure that you get your cherished gift in time.

- Second Class Signed For (£3.00 or free on orders over £25) - 3-5 working days to arrive.

- First Class Signed For (£4.00 or free on orders over £100) - 1-3 working days to arrive.

- Special Delivery Guaranteed (£6.45 or free on orders over £150) - Next day delivery. Friday orders will arrive the following Monday. Weekend orders will arrive the following Tuesday.

- Saturday Special Delivery (£10.00) - An option if when ordering after 3pm on a Thursday you wish to receive your order for the following Saturday.

Please note: We aim to give the best customer service we can, but we are governed by the rules and regulations of Royal Mail, in particular, delivery times. This includes national Bank Holidays.

Adverse weather conditions can cause items to be delivered later than expected due to road closures, accidents in the event of Health & Safety precautions.

All postal losses or delays will be dealt with no sooner than 14 working days. To make a claim, a Lost in Post Claim Form must be completed. All claims must be made within 28 working days of the dispatch.

We hold all of the items on our website in stock so when you place an order with us, we will try to get it to you as quickly and securely as we can. For orders accepted before 3:00pm on any working day we will endeavour to process and dispatch your item on the same day, subject to availability.

In the event that we do not have an item in stock we will contact you immediately with an estimated delivery date.

You will receive an order confirmation email on successful placing of an order. but please note that orders are only accepted by Grace & Co upon dispatch of the requested item.

You have 30 days from the date of dispatch to return an item for an exchange or a refund.

RETURNS

Please note: We regret that for hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned unless faulty. This is something we cannot be flexible on. Sorry.

During the Christmas period, our 30 days standard returns policy is extended for products purchased between 31 October and 24 December 2016 in our stores. You can return such purchases for an exchange or refund up to and including 16 January 2017.*

If an item has a manufacturing fault occurring within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it. If a replacement is not available we will refund your money to the same bank account used to purchase it originally. Return the goods including your receipt.

If a fault occurs outside of the 30 day period and the item is returned to us we will send the item off to the manufacturer to rectify. The time it will take for the item to return depends on each brand.

If you change your mind about an item, return the goods unworn in the original packaging including your receipt and that we receive the item no longer than 30 days after it was delivered to you. Items returned without faults will not be refunded postage.

We do not accept responsibility for returned items which do not reach us or which arrive damaged. Please return them via a secure posting method, that gives proof of delivery and ensure they are well packaged to avoid damage.
