ESTELLA BARTLETT is a family-run jewellery brand based in Britain created in 2011 by brother and sister Nick and Louise Bartlett. Every ESTELLA BARTLETT jewellery item is created with a chic and whimsical vibe that is both elegant and personal. ESTELLA BARTLETT is a playful and feminine lifestyle brand. They are the destination for both timeless and on-trend pieces of jewellery. They are recognised for their playful, boho-chic approach and all of their designs are created in the EB UK studio.
Whimsical charms, delicate materials and the essence of the season define Estella Bartlett jewellery. Minimal packaging with a dreamy cloud motif completes this modern brand. Creative Director Louise designs each collection drawing inspiration from trips to Paris and Tokyo, antique markets, memories of a childhood spent in the Caribbean, the countryside of her New Forest family home, and the urban life surrounding her Primrose Hill apartment.
Louise received a text while sitting in front of Vivienne Westwood’s show.
“Sis, you and I should go into business together!”
Nick, who had been running a jewellery business for eight years, believed they could create something special, and they did. They created a brand that combined his business skills with his sister's fashion credentials. A few months later, ESTELLA BARTLETT was born. Now, retailers including Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Selfridges carry the brand, and of course, Grace & Co.
Louise is a graduate from the London College of Fashion. Louise sold vintage jewellery while she was studying for college. Later Louise worked for Ralph Lauren, Smythson and Condé Nast’s W and WWD, and now, the Creative Director of ESTELLA BARTLETT.
Nick has an economics degree from Durham University. With his love of travelling and possessing a business mind, he found his way to a jewellery workshop in Bali. It was there where he placed his first order of 1,000 bracelets aged only 18 years old. He has since gone on to set up a number of businesses, including ESTELLA BARTLETT with his sister.
