Grace & Co gift vouchers are to spend instore only at any of our five locations. Our aim is to reward our loyal customers. We want you to enjoy shopping with us and to come back to us in the future. We will email out vouchers out every six months early January after Christmas and early July ready for summer. Our Online Loyalty Scheme is a separate entity and the two schemes are not transferable.
Terms & Conditions
Customers must be on our mailing list in order to qualify for a Grace & Co Card. We never pass your details on to anyone else but we will use them to contact you. Please keep your receipts in case of queries.
Customers who have been with us for some time already and do not have an email we will keep the vouchers in store ready for collection.
Grace & Co Card customers will receive a loyalty card containing their name and membership number. You must present this at every transaction to get points.
Every time you purchase something, points will be added to your card. Only orders placed by you will count. Purchases made by other people, even if they are gifts for you, cannot be attributed to your account.
Gift vouchers receive the points at the point of sale, not when they are redeemed.
We cannot take historical purchases into account.
Points are not available for promotions or sale items. If an order is returned for a refund, the points gained to purchase the items will be deducted from the card.
Points are only awarded once, so if you bring an item in for an exchange or credit note, you will only receive points once.
We cannot do family or group cards - they are for individuals only.
All vouchers are valid for 6 months from one period to the next.
We reserve the right to make amendments to these terms and conditions as well as our reward table as we see fit.
The points are awarded depending on the spend over the course of the previous six months.
