That’s why we offer an extensive range of cleaning, repair and alteration services. Our in-house goldsmith has over 30 years of experience. He can complete simple chain repairs, to total jewellery redesigns, helping you to care for and maintain your precious pieces. 

Chain Repairs & Clasp Replacements

We can repair your broken bracelets or necklaces by soldering broken links, adding new links or by replacing a faulty clasp.

Deep Clean & Polishing

Most jewellery can be cleaned at home using care products to help them keep their shine and prevent tarnishing. However, there are occasions where an item requires a deeper or specialist clean. During this, our goldsmith will also look out for signs of wear and tear and suggest any repairs before problems start to develop.

  • Silver: £10
  • Yellow Gold: £15
  • White Gold: £30
  • Platinum: £35

Bracelet or Necklace Clean and Polish Starting Prices:

  • Silver: £15
  • Yellow Gold: £25
  •  White Gold: 50
  • Platinum: £60

Pandora Clean and Polish Starting Prices:

  • Bracelet: £15
  • Plus £1 per charm (up to a max of 25 charms)

Ring Resizing

We offer full ring resizing, whether bigger or smaller, to get the exact size you need. Ring Resizing Starting Prices:  

  • Silver: £25
  • 9kt Yellow Gold: £45
  • 9kt White Gold: £60
  • 18kt Yellow Gold: £60
  • 18kt White Gold: £75

Stone & Claw Setting

If your gemstone is loose, has fallen out (and you still have the stone), or if the claw has broken, we can expertly reset it for you. In cases where the stone is lost or broken, we will source and set the closest possible match for you.

Stone and Claw Setting Starting Prices:

  • Silver: £20 for the first re-setting, £10 for subsequent claws
  • 9kt Gold: £30 for the first re-setting, £15 for subsequent claws
  • 18kt Gold: £40 for the first re-setting, £20 for subsequent claws


For Platinum jewellery, we offer dipping the claw in 18ct White Gold to avoid damaging your precious stones.
