Order cut-off point 1 pm - Mon-Fri, excluding Bank Holidays.

Orders received after this time are processed the next working weekday.

Our last order dates for Christmas delivery are:

  • Royal Mail 48 - December 16th
    (Order before 1pm)
  • Royal Mail 24 - December 19th
    (Order before 1pm)
  • Royal Mail Next Day - 22nd December
    (Order before 1pm)

Delivery times are estimates and subject to Royal Mail, so they can not be guaranteed.

We've also extended our returns policy for Christmas 2025.

Orders placed between November 1st - December 24th 2025, can be returned for a refund or exchange until January 31st 2026.

  • Royal Mail 48 - £3.00: Free with £50 spend. 

    We aim for delivery within 3-4 working days.

  • Royal Mail 24 - £4.95

    We aim for delivery within 2-3 working days.

  • Royal Mail 24 (Signed) - £6.95

    We aim for delivery within 2-3 working days.

  • Royal Mail Next Day 1 pm - £8.95

    Order by 1 pm Mon-Thu for delivery the next day.

Please note that the following items will have an additional time frame of up to 5 working days before being dispatched by your chosen delivery service:  

  • Engravings: Personalised items
  • Repairs: Items repaired by our goldsmith

Delivery FAQs

1. What happens next after I have placed my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order reference number. Our fulfilment team will then pick and pack your order. Once dispatched, you will receive another email confirming that your item is on its way.

2. Can I track my order?

You can confirm the postage of your order via Royal Mail’s Track & Trace service.

If you selected Tracked & Signed or Nexy Day, you will get a tracked service.

Please use your order reference number that will have been sent to you via email.

3. What do I do if I need to cancel my order?

Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, and you’ll have another 14 days to send it back for a refund.

4. What do I do if I need to rearrange my delivery time?

If you need to rearrange a delivery time, you can do so via the Royal Mail’s Track & Trace service. 

Please use your order reference number that will have been sent to you via email.

5. My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do now?

We’re sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived. There may be a delay from Royal Mail, and on rare occasions, we do experience losses during transportation.

Please contact customer services using our contact us page if it has been 10 days since your expected delivery date.   

Please note: if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made against your order, and you will be unable to claim a refund from Grace & Co.

6. Will you leave my delivery with a neighbour or somewhere safe?

If you are not in at the time of delivery, your order will be put through your letterbox, left somewhere safe, or left with a neighbour. 

For larger items, these will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office for you to collect.

If you do not collect your parcel within 30 days of dispatch, your order will be returned to us.

We will then cancel the order and refund you the cost of the items minus postage.

7. Do you deliver internationally?

We only deliver domestically in the UK.

This currently excludes Northern Ireland due to the EU's new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) that came into effect on 13th December 2024.


We do our best to ensure your order arrives by its expected delivery date; bad weather, seasonal rushes and issues with transportation can cause short delays.
