This is a mantra of determination and self-belief, 'I can, and I will'. It reminds us of our ability and capability - "I can"; and of our resilience and determination to succeed - "and I will". We have brought it to life as a mountain range, with the celebratory feeling of scaling the summit. We recognise that many challenges in life - from losing weight, to getting fit, to changing jobs, to quitting drinking - can feel like a mountain looming ahead of us. By putting one foot in front of another, and taking things slow and steady, we can achieve anything in life - even climbing a mountain. This mantra came out of a new product competition we ran in 2020. The lady who suggested this mantra, Cathie Garrett, used it over and over again on her slimming journey, and it helped her to lose over 4 stone.
