These square Nomination Silver Rose Flower Charms are part of our range of Flowers & Nature themed links, which help create our large collection of Nomination Silver Charms, handcrafted by Italian artisans using 925 sterling silver on a bed of stainless steel - these Composable® modular links are designed to attach onto the Nomination Charm Bracelets, with each order accompanied by official branded packaging including a 2-year warranty.

Delivery & Returns

Orders received after 1 pm are processed the next working weekday.

The actual charms are lovely, they were a birthday present, I was very pleased with them. However I paid extra for a written text to be included, I thought that this would look special included with the gift, I was extremely disappointed that it turns out that it’s been typed out on a piece of white thickened paper which was grubby on the back side, no colour, no pretty emblem, just advertising the firm where I bought it.
I was very disappointed that you actually charged £1.99 for something so crass! I had to stick some paper on the back to hide the dirty marks, which at least made it look a little better! What I find hard to understand is that you sell such beautiful pieces, I bought 3 of them, and then charge extra for something that screams cheap and nasty as a way of sending a heartfelt message with these charms, which of course the person receiving it would want to keep for prosperity! I suggest you either make a pretty notelet for something that is considered a keepsake, and make it look as nice as the charms you sell, or you include this bit of thickened paper with the loved one’s words on it free of charge! It’s a rip off!

We're really sorry to hear that you're not completely satisfied with our gift note product.

With regards to the marked back, whilst we do check all items before posting them out, sometimes they can become marked or damaged during transit, for this we're truly sorry and would have been more than happy to issue a replacement if we'd known.

As our gift notes are purchased and used for a variety of circumstances, we've aimed to keep the design as versatile as possible, in order for them to be used for any reason. We are currently reviewing our gift note service and will take your comments on board when doing this.
