Hand-finished in 14kt gold plating, this piece is inspired by their classic T-bar Snake Chain Bracelet from the Pandora Moments Collection. It consists of a heart-shaped disc with a circle in the middle to loop the T-bar through to allow it to be opened and closed, and there's an engravable side on the reverse and a highly polished finish. The charm bracelet is designed to be adorned with 10 to 13 charms with a personalized message to create a heartfelt gift.
