You can enhance the collection of your loved one with this 17 cm length Pandora Moments Heart T-Bar Snake Chain Bracelet with a personal touch. Finished in sterling silver by hand, this piece is based on the classic T-bar snake chain bracelet from the iconic brand. On one side, the disc is heart-shaped, with an open circle, through which you can loop the T-bar so that it opens and closes. The reverse polished side, however, can be engraved. It can be styled with ten to thirteen charms and personalised with a special message for a truly heartfelt gift.
